Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.
Prepare yufka pastries (I usually make three smaller ones). For filling you need to slice the spinach and then add the eggs, 200ml of sour cream, cow cheese and mix everything. Spread the pastry in thin big circles using rolling pin, cut in halves and put the filling on each one of them. Line them in a baking tray, spread some oil on top of them and bake it. When the pie is baked, boil one small cup of milk, salt it a bit and add 100ml of sour cream and 1 spoon of melted butter and pour over the pie.
