Zapurena kljukusa(garlic pie)

Salty dish that can be prepared by a Beginner.

Ingredients:

  • Flour
  • sour cream
  • soured milk
  • garlic
  • salt

Preparation:

Boil the flour with hot water like you do when you make a pie. Fry the balls torn from the dough in oil in a pan. When they cool down a bit, they are placed on top of each other, flattened and baked. When the dough is baked, tear it into pieces, cover it with a mixture of sour cream, yoghurt and chopped garlic. At the end, cover with hot melted butter and return to the oven for about 2-3 minutes.
