Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.
Peel the pumpkin and chop in tiny pieces, add salt, one cup of kaymak, a bit of milk and 5 eggs and mix it all together. Put one yufka in the baking tray and then pour over it the pumpkin mixture, then lay over that another yufka and pour over a fair amount of melted butter. Bake it and once it's ready, pour over it the remaining kaymak.
