Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.
Mix 4 eggs with 1 small cup of sunflower oil, half a liter of milk, yeast, salt and flour. Leave the dough to rise. Leave butter in a warm place to soften. When the yeast has risen, make it into a yufka with thickness similar to thickenss of a finger, then spread over it butter, then make it back in a ball. After that, make it into yufka again and spread over some butter. Do that around 10 times until you spend all the butter. In the end put the yeast in a smaller tray and leave in a warm place for around 30 minutes to rise. When its ready, bake it in a preheated oven.
