Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.
Mix 4 eggs with 1 small cup of sunflower oil, half a liter of milk, yeast, salt and flour. Leave the dough to rise. Leave butter in a warm place to soften. When the yeast has risen, make it into a yufka with thickness of around 7 milimeters, then spread butter all over it, and then make it back into a ball. After that, roll the dough again into yufka, spread over some butter and roll again into a ball. Do that around 10 times or until you spend all the butter. In the end put the dough in a smaller baking tray and leave in a warm place for around 30 minutes to rise. When it is ready, bake it in a preheated oven.
