Grate turnip and start cooking it in a pot with water. When it's ready, drain the water, add salt, eggs, sour cream, kaymak, sunflower oil and milk. On the side make thin yufkas, then cut them in half and pour over them the mixture. Then roll them, put in a tray and bake the pie. Once baked, pour over a bit of boiled milk and butter.
