Topa (melted cheese dip)

Salty dish that can be prepared by a Beginner.

Ingredients:

  • butter
  • sour cream
  • buttercream
  • cream cheese
  • cheese spread
  • grated smoked cheese
  • milk
  • egg

Preparation:

Melt a spoon of butter in a pot. On the side in a bowl, mix all types of cheese and add some milk. Then add a bit of milk to the melted butter, and then the cheese mixture. When everything together starts to simmer, add an egg and a bit more milk. Then keep cooking for 3,4,5 minutes and keep mixing the whole time. In the end, add grated smoked cheese and salt it as you prefer.
