Sweet corn bread

Salty dish that can be prepared by a Beginner.

Ingredients:

  • 1kg of corn flour
  • 3 to 6 spoons of sugar
  • a bit of salt
  • hot water

Preparation:

Add sugar and a bit of salt to corn flour and make into dough using hot water, mix with wooden spoon until the dough is even. Then put the dough in a deep tray that we greased with sunflower oil, cover, and leave like that overnight. Tomorrow you can bake it. Once it's baked, sprinkle a bit of water on the top and wrap it in a cloth.
