Sweet dish that can be prepared by an Average cook.
Wash the rice and add 3 cups of water to it and cook it. Cook on lower temperature for around 20 minutes. When the rice is cooked, add 3 and a half cups of milk, add sugar and mix until it boils. While it's cooking, on the side mix 1 spoon of flour and 1/2 cup of milk until there are no flour crumbs and then add that mixture. Mix and cook all that for additional 2 minutes then take off the fire. Pour rice pudding with a ladle in smaller bowls with constant mixing so that there is same density in every bowl. Leave it to cool down.
