Peel the zucchini and cut them to a height of around 4cm. Remove the entrails of zucchini with a spoon. Stuff each zucchini with a mixture of meat, rice, grated onions and egg. Arrange them in a casserole, slice butter over them ,pour milk over them and then cover and bake them in the oven. If necessary, add more milk from time to time. When they are done, melt the rest of the butter, mix it with sour cream and pour over zucchini when serving. Note: Zucchini stuffed like this can also be cooked in a pot.
