Stuffed peppers

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Average cook.

Ingredients:

  • 1kg of peppers
  • 1/2kg of minced beef
  • a cup of rice
  • 2 carrots
  • parsley leaf
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • vegeta
  • salt
  • cooking oil
  • butter

Preparation:

Clean the peppers middle and seeds by making the hole on the top. Wash them and then stuff them with the mixture you prepare on the side. For the mixture, mix in a bowl minced beef, rice, grated carrot, chopped parsley, black pepper, dry vegetables spice, paprika powder and one tablespoon of sunflower oil. If you want, you can also add some water to the mixture for softer texture. Arrange the peppers in a pot, pour water and cook on low heat. As an addition, after the cooking is done, you can create sauce by adding mixture of melted butter, oil, flour and paprika powder.


Note: Peppers stuffed like this can be baked in the oven, with the change that at the end they are covered with sour cream or cooking cream. Peppers can also be stuffed with spiced chopped potatoes instead of the meat or with a mixture of cheese and egg. You bake these also in the oven and when done, they are covered with cooking cream.
