Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.
Prepare yufka with flour, water, 1 egg, a bit of oil and some salt. Or just buy them in a store. Let them dry, then bake them in an oven and then lay them in a baking tray so that they overflow the edges of the tray. First, put in a tray three yufkas, while spreading some melted butter over each one of them. On the side make a mixture of chopped spinach, eggs, sour cream, cheese, milk, corn flour and salt. Pour half of this mixture on the first layer of yufka, then again add three yufkas and spread over each of them some butter. Then pour the rest of the mixture on that second layer, and then fold the overflown pieces of yufka inside of the tray. At the end, add another 3 yufkas on the top while spreading melted butter on them and then bake the pie in preheated oven. When it's baked, pour over hot salted water and then bake a bit more so the pie sucks the water in. When you take it out of the oven, spread some butter on top of it for the finish.
