The onions are peeled and the bottom parts are cut flat so they can be placed in a cooking pan later. Then you boil the onions in water, then wash them in cold water and bulbs are then easy to separate from each other. Then we stuff each bulb with a filling made of minced beef, rice, grated carrot, spices and cooking oil and arrange them in a pan to cook on low heat. After they are done, they are served with cooking cream or sour cream.
