The onions are peeled and the bottom parts are cut straight so they can be placed in a pan later. Onions are then boiled in water, then washed in cold water and bulbs are then separated from each other. Then we stuff each with a filling made of meat, rice, grated carrot, spices and cooking oil and arrange them in a pan to cook on low heat. They are served with cooking cream or sour cream.
