Salty dish that can be prepared by an Average cook.

Ingredients:

  • 2 onions
  • 500gr of red and yellow peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • salt
  • 1/2 small cup of oil

Preparation:

Clean the onion and cut in stripes. Add oil and onion in a pan, add a touch of salt and fry while mixing until it gets a bit of color. Then add one small cup of water and cook until the water evaporates, then add peppers that we previously cut in stripes and fry for around 15 minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes and fry everything together for around 10 minutes. In the end if it is not salty enough, add a bit of salt.
