Pura (Maize porridge)

Salty dish that can be prepared by a Beginner.

Ingredients:

  • 3 glasses of corn flour
  • 6 glasses of water
  • salt
  • milk
  • butter
  • sour cream
  • cheese

Preparation:

Salt the water and boil it. When it boils, add butter and slowly add corn flour, stirring constantly. Mix for ten minutes at reduced temperature. When it's ready, serve it into plates, and before that, boil the milk in which we put butter and a little salt, pour milk over the maize porridge, cover with cream and sprinkle with cheese.
