Pumpkin pie

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pumpkin
  • flour for yufka
  • milk
  • 1 spoon of butter
  • salt

Preparation:

Peel the pumpkin and chop it in tiny pieces. Make yufkas on the side with flour and water. Or just buy them in a store. Then cut each yufka in half, pour on them pumpkin mixed with salt, then roll them into small pies and bake. On the side, boil milk with 1 spoon of butter and a bit of salt and then pour over the pies once they are baked.
