Salty dish that can be prepared by an Average cook.
Saute the onion a little, pour 1 liter of water, put the meat, add a little salt and cook. After that, remove the meat from the bone and cut it into pieces, and you get a meat dressing with onions. Add spices as desired, and a little bit of black pepper. Take the pogaca that we made the day before and cut it into as small and thin slices as possible. Grease the pan, then put a row after row of pogaca pieces and onion and meat toppings into the pan. Put it in the oven to bake.
