Potato pie

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.

Ingredients:

  • 1kg of potatoes
  • flour
  • 1 onion
  • pepper
  • salt

Preparation:

Peel the potatoes and chop them in tiny pieces. Then add finely chopped onion, a bit of pepper and salt. Mix everything together. On the side make yufka (or buy them in a store), cut them in halves, and then pour the potato mixture on them, roll them and lay in a tray. Then bake the pie in a preheated oven. When baked, pour over salted boiled water and then put back in the oven for a minute. When we take the pie out again, spread some butter on it.
