Prepare the dough for yufka, knead it and make thin pastry. Or you can buy premade yufka at the store. Put chopped potatoes, chopped onion, minced beef, salt and black pepper into a bowl and mix it evenly. Potatoes and onions should be chopped in very small cubes. Lay one yufka on the table, grease it and pour the mixture all over the pastry. Roll the pastry into the rolls and arrange in a baking tray. Do this with all your jufka until the baking tray is full. Bake the pie in a preheated oven. When the pie is ready, take it out of the oven, and pour over a bit of water and spread some butter on the top to make it more crunchy.
