Ground beef and potato pie

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.

Ingredients:

  • 250g of minced beef
  • 250g of potatoes
  • onion
  • black pepper
  • cooking oil
  • salt
  • flour
  • butter

Preparation:

Boil the yufka and knead it. Put chopped potatoes, chopped onion, minced beef, salt and black pepper into a bowl and mix it evenly. Pour it all over the pastry. Roll the pastry into the rolls and arrange in a pan. Put it into the oven. When done, it is covered with a little bit of water and butter.
