Fried eggplant

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Average cook.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggplants
  • 2 eggs
  • flour
  • sunflower oil

Preparation:

Peel the eggplans and cut in flat slices. Put the eggplant slices in boiling water and cook for only one minute. After that you need to drain the eggplant. Then, we need to coat the eggplant by first covering it with flour and then with eggs with salt what we mixed earlier. Fry or shallow fry in hot oil.
