Chocolate coconut biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 cup of sunflower oil
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 cups of flour
  • 7g bag of baking powder

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 250 grams of margarine or butter
  • 200 grams of cooking chocolate
  • half a kilo of sugar
  • coconut flour or walnuts

Preparation:

Mix eggs, two cups of sugar, a cup of oil, a cup of milk, three cups of flour and a small bag of baking powder. When the mixture is well mixed, pour it into an oiled baking tray and bake the biscuit in the oven.

On the side in a cooking pot, mix one liter of milk, 250 grams of margarine or butter, 200 grams of chocolate for cooking and half a kilo of sugar. This dipping mixture needs to cook and have a bit of density. It is necessary to cook on low fire and mix constantly so it does not burn. When the chocolate dip is ready, take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit.

In the end, cut the baked biscuit in cubes and dip them one by one in the chocolate mixture, and then roll them in coconut flour or walnuts.
