Boil the chicken and separate the meat from the bone. Add chopped onion, salt and black pepper to the chopped chicken. We arrange the chicken pie by dipping each layer of storebought yufka into the water where we cooked the chicken. Then we lay the pastry in a baking tray and sprinkle it with grease. Then we add chopped chicken mixture and start layering the pie. When you put the last layer of pastry, bake the pie in a preheated oven. When the pie is browned, take it out of the oven and pour over it hot salted water and put it back into the oven for a minute. In the end, brush it over with butter.
