Chicken pie

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.

Ingredients:

  • Baked yufka
  • 1 chicken
  • 1 onion
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • cooking oil
  • butter

Preparation:

Boil the chicken and separate the meat from the bone. Add chopped onion, salt and black pepper to the chopped chicken. We arrange tirit by dipping each layer of yufka into the water in which the chicken was boiled first and then sprinkle it with grease and add into the pan. We add chopped chicken in between the layers of yufka. When you put the last layer on top, take the pan and put it into an already heated oven. When it is browned, pour with hot salted water and put it back into the oven. When done, brush it with butter.
