Chicken liver

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Average cook.

Ingredients:

  • 500gr of chicken liver
  • 2 onions
  • parsley
  • 50 gram of butter
  • salt

Preparation:

Clean and wash the liver. Add 50gr of butter in a pan and then add chopped onion. Fry until the onion it gets golden brown, then add liver, salt and fry for around 15 to 20 minutes. When it's ready, turn off the heat and add parsley, mix a bit and leave on the hot stove for another minute.
