Knead homemade dough from flour and roll it into yufka. You can also use storebought yufka. On the side, prepare mixture of young cheese, eggs, milk, sour cream, salt and cooking oil. When the pastry is stretched in circles, cut it in half and sprinkle over it with previosuly made young cheese mixture. Roll the pastry in rolls and arrange in a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven. When the pie is ready, pur over it a little bit of water and spread some butter to make the crust crunchy.
