Cabbage pie

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.

Ingredients:

  • 1kg of fresh cabbage
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
  • 1 onion

Preparation:

Chop cabbage in tiny pieces, then put in a salted water, bring it to boil and immediately drain. THen add oil, grated onion and a bit of pepper. On the side make yufkas. Then one by one add the cabbage on them, roll, lay in a tray and then bake it. Once baked, pour over salted water and spread some butter on top.
