Cabbage pie

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.

Ingredients:

  • 1kg of fresh cabbage
  • flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oil
  • 1 onion

Preparation:

Chop the cabbage in tiny pieces, then put them in salted water, bring it to boil and immediately drain. Then add sunflower oil, grated onion and a bit of pepper. On the side make yufkas, or buy them at the store. Then one by one add the cabbage on them, roll them, lay in a baking tray and then bake the pie. Once baked, pour over salted boiled water and spread some butter on top.
