Butter pie with meat and yeast

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.

Ingredients:

  • 300g of minced beef
  • 500g of flour
  • 100g of butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 onions
  • 1 spoon of yeast
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation:

Beat 2 egg yolks (or whole eggs) with salt, add melted butter and mix well, add yeast, a cup of milk, then add flour, make a dough and leave it to rise(get bigger). When that happens, knead it and cover it with the mixture of minced beef, grated onion, salt and pepper. Wrap it from all sides and put it into a greased pan. Then put it into the oven. When done, it is covered with a little bit of water and butter.
