Butter pie with meat and yeast

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.

Ingredients:

  • 300g of minced beef
  • 500g of flour
  • 100g of butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 2 onions
  • 1 spoon of yeast
  • black pepper
  • salt

Preparation:

Beat 2 egg yolks (or whole eggs) in a bowl, add some salt, add melted butter and mix well. Then add yeast, a cup of milk, flour and make a dough. Leave it to rise for some time. When the dough gets bigger, knead it and roll in one big piece of pastry. Then cover the pastry with the mixture of minced beef, grated onions, salt and pepper. Wrap it from all sides and put it into a greased pan. Then bake it in a preheated oven. When the pie is ready, pour over it a bit of water and spread the butter on top.
