Butter pie

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.

Ingredients:

  • 250g of white flour
  • 750g of whole grain flour
  • 1 sour cream
  • 1/2 a cup of milk
  • 100g of butter
  • 1 glass of cooking oil
  • salt

Preparation:

In a bowl melt butter, add sunflower oil, sour cream, milk and salt. Then in a separate bowl, sift flour, add salt, water and mix until you create dough. Split the dough in 4 pieces and make little balls. Make them into thin pastry and cut in pieces. Then start laying the pastry in a baking tray in layers and pour the earlier prepared mixture on each of them. In the end, spread butter on top and bake the pie in a preheated oven. Bake for around 30 minutes. When baking is done, pour over salted boiled water and put the pie back for a bit in the oven. Then finish it all by spreading some butter on top to make the crust nice.
