Burek with chopped meat

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.

Ingredients:

  • 500g of chopped veal
  • flour
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation:

Knead homemade dough from flour and roll them into yufka. Or you can use storebought yufka. When they are stretched into circles, cut them in half and sprinkle them with meat that we previously mixed with some salt and black pepper. Roll the pastry in rolls and arrange in the baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven. When the pie is ready, pour over it some salted boiled water.
