Burek with chopped meat

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.

Ingredients:

  • 500g of chopped veal
  • flour
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation:

Knead homemade doughs from flour and roll them. When they are stretched into circles, cut them in half and sprinkle them with meat to which we have added salt and black pepper. Roll the pastry in rolls and arrange in the pan. Put it into the oven. When it is done, pour it with salted boiled water.
