Burek

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.

Ingredients:

  • 500g of minced beef
  • onion
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • flour
  • grease

Preparation:

Boil the yufka and knead it. When that is done, grease them. Chop the onion and add it to the meat. Add salt and black pepper. Mix everything and pour over the pastry. Roll the pastry into the rolls and arrange it in a pan. Put it into the oven. When done, it is covered with a little bit of water and butter.
