Prepare the dough for yufka, knead it and make thin pastry. Or you can buy premade yufka at the store. Chop the onion and add it to the meat in a bowl. Add salt and black pepper. Mix everything and start preparing burek. First lay one yufka on the table, grease it and add the meat mixture. Roll the pastry into the rolls and arrange it in a baking tray in a circle. Do this with all your yufka, until the baking tray is full. Bake in a preheated oven. When the pie is ready, take it out of the oven, and pour over a bit of water and spread some butter on the top to make it more crunchy.
