Bulgur

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Average cook.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2kg bulgur
  • 1/2 chicken
  • 4 spoons of butter
  • vegeta

Preparation:

Leave bulgur in warm water for 2 hours before cooking. Cook the chicken beforehand. When the chicken is cooked, take it out of the water. Then drain the water from bulgur, wash it and add it to the water where we cooked the chicken and start cooking it. Bulgur will be soft when ready, then cut the chicken in pieces and add it to bulgur, add vegeta and butter and cook everything together for another 10 minutes.
