Sweet dish that can be prepared by an Expert.
Mix yeast with three spoons of milk and one spoon of sugar and let it rest for a while. Then in the remaining milk add egg yolks, sugar and oil. Then mix this and yeast mixture and make a dough. Keep mixing until the dough starts separating easily from the hand and then cover with a cloth and leave it to rise. When the dough doubled in size, make it into pastry of approximately a finger width and cut into bigger squares. On every square, add a piece of marmalade, fold it from the corner and set them on an oiled tray next to each other. At the end you need to cover them with melted butter so they dont stick to each other. Put the tray in pre-heated oven and bake for around an hour on mild temperature. When they are done and still warm, dust them with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla.
