Blancaccio mushrooms pie

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Expert.

Ingredients:

  • 1kg of blancaccio mushrooms
  • salt
  • oil
  • 2 onions
  • 1 table spoon of vegeta
  • flour

Preparation:

Clean the mushrooms and chop in small cubes, then put them in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Then wash them with cold water and let them drain. On the side, add a bit of oil in a pan, add two chopped onions, a bit of salt and slowly cook. When the onion gets golden color, add mushrooms and vegeta and cook together for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile prepare yufkas, and then spread the mixture on them and roll. Bake in a preheated oven. Once baked and ready, pour over salted water and put back in the oven. Take out of the oven and spread some butter on the pie.
