Sweet dish that can be prepared by an Expert.
Melt butter and mix with sunflower oil. Lay yufka in a tray and spread oil mixture over them with a brush. Lay first 3 rows without walnuts, then on every next row add some walnuts all the way until the last 3 rows which will be again without walnuts. After that cut it in diamond shape and pour over it the rest of the oil/butter mixture. Put it in a high temperature preheated oven, and then immediately lower the temperature to around 100 degrees celsius and bake between 2 and 3 hours. In the end if it does not have darker color, increase the temperature. After taking it out of the oven, pour sugar syrup over it. After that put an aluminum foil over the tray for around 15 minutes.
Note: Syrup: Boil 4 cups of sugar and two cups of water.
