Plum pie

Sweet dish that can be prepared by an Average cook.

Ingredients:

  • 500 grams of plums
  • 8 spoons of sugar
  • 2 spoons of flour
  • oil

Preparation:

Wash the plums, clean and remove pits, cut in halves and then line the plums up in a baking tray next to each other. When the tray is full, pour 4 spoons of sugar over the plums and then spread around some oil on the plums. After that, pour over the plums 2 spoons of flour and then again 4 spoons of sugar. Preheat the oven and bake the pie between 15 and 20 minutes.
