Oblatne (layered cake)

Sweet dish that can be prepared by a Beginner.

Ingredients:

  • 1l of milk
  • 1kg of sugar
  • 250 grams of butter
  • chocolate for cooking
  • tort wafers

Preparation:

In a pot, put together milk, sugar, butter and chocolate and cook together for about 50 minutes on low temperature. Then spread the mixture on the wafers and layer them on top of each other. Leave to cool down and cut in diamond shape cakes.
