Macaroni with spinach

Salty dish that can be prepared by an Average cook.

Ingredients:

  • 300gr of macaroni
  • 1/2kg of spinach
  • 200gr of cheese
  • 100gr of kaymak
  • 2 eggs
  • a bit of milk
  • 1dcl of oil

Preparation:

Wash spinach and chop it up in small pieces, then fry it a bit to soften. Take off the stove and leave it to cool down. Crumble cheese, mix with kaymak, add scrambled eggs and spinach. Add as much salt as you like. Add a bit of milk too. Cook macaroni in salted water and drain. Grease the tray and add half of macaroni, then spinach mixture, then the rest of macaroni. Grease all that from the top and bake for 30 minutes.
