Salty dish that can be prepared by an Average cook.
Fry the onion until it is brownish and then add the meat. Cook the rice. When the rice is cooked, add the meat and onion to it. Beat 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of flour and spices and add it all to the meat and rice. Mix it all well and then shape the mixture in your palm the way you want it(e.g. balls or oval shape). Fry the pieces in hot cooking oil.
