Sweet dish that can be prepared by an Expert.
Separate kataifi in two equal piles. Lay one half in a bit deeper oiled baking tray. Cut some butter over it and pour some walnuts. Then on top of that lay the second half of kataifi and cut the rest of the butter over it. Bake on lighter fire. Once baked, pour hot sugar syrup over it.
Note: Syrup: 1kg of sugar, 1/2l of water
