Salty dish that can be prepared by an Average cook.
First we prepare the dough with eggs, flour and water. The goal is that the dough is a bit tough. Then make thin yufka and let it rest for around five minutes, enough for the dough to get a bit dry. When yufka is dry, we roll it on the long rolling pin, and if you don't have a long rolling pin, you can just do it by hand. Then cut yufka to the desired thickness and spread pilav on the cloth. Let it dry for a bit longer.
We cook homemade pilav in salty water and we drain the water once the pasta is ready. On the side, we melt the butter in a small saucepan until it sizzles a little. Serve pilav on a plate and then pour over it hot melted butter. Per preference, you can prepare it also with meat, or grate some smoked cheese on top, put some sour cream on the side etc. And you can add spices as desired.
Note: This amount is enough for one yufka only.
