Separate egg white and egg yolk. Then add 10 spoons of sugar into egg whites and mix until it becomes hard cream. On the side put two cups of sugar and one cup of water to boil, then add it bit by bit to the cream and keep mixing. When mixed, leave on the side. Then take 5 egg yolks and mix with 5 spoons of sugar and mix. While mixing, keep adding 5 spoons of milk and 5 spoons of flour. When you finish mixing, pour into a tray and bake in pre-heated oven. When it is baked, take it out and pour the cream equaly on the top.
