Pogaca - hard bread

Ingredients:

  • 1kg of flour
  • 1 sour cream
  • a bit of water
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup of oil
  • 2 bags of baking powder
  • 2 eggs

Preparation:

Add baking powder to flour, then make a hole in the middle and add salt, eggs, sour cream, oil and make into dough. Add water as needed. Knead nicely, then add in a greased baking tray. Slap dough gently, make patterns with a fork and bake in a preheated oven. When it's baked, smear butter on top and wrap it using a cloth.
