On one side melt butter, add sunflower oil, creme fraiche, milk and salt. Sift flour, add salt and make dough. Split them in 4 pieces and make little balls. Make them into thin yufkas and cut in pieces, lay in a tray in layers and pour the mixture on each of them. In the end, spread butter on top and bake it in a preheated oven. Bake for 30 minutes. When baked, pour over salted boiled water and put it back for a bit in the oven. Take it out and spread over it some butter.
