Make thicker yufka and cut in small squares. On every square, put a bit of minced beef mixed with a bit of salt and then fold it diagonally so you get small triangles. Hold with your finger, stick the ends so that the meat cannot fall out. Put those triangles in boiling water. When you add them in the cooking pot, they will fall to the bottom and when cooked they will float to the surface and then we can take them out taking care that we there is no water and put them in a baking tray. After that, pour over them yogurt mixed with chopped garlic, and then in the end pour over them melted butter.
